At present, we don’t have Mac Os Layout keyboard, but in the future, we will design it.

Do you have layouts in other language? 

We're sorry that our keyboards are available in ANSI layout exclusively storewide.

Do you have store in some country?

At present, we don’t have store somewhere. You can buy our product in our online store.

If I received lost or wrong accessories, how you solve it?
We will send you the correct accessories again.

When the keyboard is used for a certain period of time, what should I do if some keys cannot be used?

Sorry to hear that. But it is necessary to make sure it’s human damage or not.Sometimes caused by poor contact, it can repair by yourself.
In most cases, we need you send the video to let me check the problem, if it is keyboard quality caused, we will help you to solve the problem or send you a new one after you return it.

When do you restock the full size keyboard?

Yeah, we sell full size keyboards for a time, and they are popular. In the future, we will sell them again. 75% keyboard has the full size keyboard basic function. Please have a look, if you don’t mind.

Where do you ship?

We deliver from CN, US, CA, and AU. And US, CA, AU, and JP support free shipping (Free shipping on some products may have limitations).

What's the shipping time?

Do I need to pay for taxes/duties?
All products sold by DUSTSILVER do not include duties and taxes. There are only product amounts and shipping fees charged on your orders.
