If you are not satisfied with any product you receive, you have up to 30 days to contact us and provide a clear and concise description of the problem. We will reply you within 24h after receiving the email.
Please do not return any products to us unless a member of the DustSilver team instructs you to do so.
We would be happy to replace it for free...
a) Damaged during transportation;
b) Does not match the products or parts specified in your order;
If the problem comes down to..., we will not be able to refund or replace the goods.
a) The product is in good condition and can be used normally;
b) The product is damaged after a period of use.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
