Refund & Return Policy

【Notice: Return of the product also depends completely on the warranty of the product. We do not accept a random return of products unless there is a quality issue that we cannot solve. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund】

7-Days
If you do not like the item within 7 days of receiving it, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unopened and worn, unused, with labels and in the original sealed packaging to be eligible for return. Send us an email to request the return process.

Within 15 days after you receive the goods, after you use the unwrapped goods, non-product quality problems require return, but also make a request for application, you need to restore all the items in the box, as well as all the additional purchase and gift products when receiving the goods. If you have any problems with the product within 30 days of purchase, you can send us an email and we will provide you with solutions as soon as possible.

If there is a quality problem that we cannot solve and need to be checked and handled by the technical team, we will notify you to return this product and provide you with a new replacement of the same product.

Within 30 days from the date of order, you can enjoy a worry-free return. If the product is returned randomly without quality problem communication, we will not provide any refund.

365 days
Within 365 days from the date of purchase, if there is a quality problem in use, you can enjoy maintenance services.

Please contact us by email. Repairs do not cover any products that have been defaced or altered.

The following conditions do not belong to the scope of maintenance:
Key cap extractor, switch extractor, free spare key cap, spare shaft, cable, mouse pad, other gifts and other accessories packaging are not within the scope of maintenance.

Defects due to misuse, abuse, installation, exchange, self-repair and/or modification, improper product adjustment, negligence, overuse and similar actions.

The consumables are defective or have been used beyond the expected service life of the relevant consumables.

In order to make repairs, you need to send an email to edit the following information:
1, your order number
2. Proof of purchase from our sales channels or platforms
3. Pictures/videos showing quality problems comply with our maintenance policy

You can send us an email and we will be the first to accept your request for repairs, send you a shipping label for repairs and instructions on how and where to send your package.
There is no labor charge for the repair, you only need to pay the freight to and from.

About refund limitation

We will only confirm the return of the order and provide a refund/replacement after receiving the product and checking that it is correct. Refund processing usually takes 3-7 business days. We will process the refund within a certain day and automatically charge it to your original payment channel.

Received wrong layout/version
If you find that the product layout or version you have received is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product and the tracking number written/printed on paper. Email this to us at service@dustsilver.com within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you.

Order cancellations
If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

Refunds (if applicable)
We offer refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 7 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
