Refund & Return Policy

【Notice: Return of the product also depends completely on the warranty of the product. We do not accept a random return of products unless there is a quality issue that we cannot solve. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund】

 

7-Day Return & Refund Policy

Return requests of products purchased directly from dustsilver.com can be accepted within 7 days after the product has been delivered.

To return a product, all items for return should be unused and maintain their original condition with all of the original packaging, parts, and accessories. The customer is responsible for and prepays all shipping and duty charges and bears all risk of loss or damage to the product during shipment to Dustsilver.

Once the product is received and meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment less the original shipping charge and 4% processing fee charged by Shopify. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed.

180 days free replacement keyboard

If there is a quality problem within 180 days, we can replace you with a new keyboard for free (please contact us at dustsilversale@gmail.com for details)

2-Years Warranty

We offer 2-years limited warranty services against defects in keyboards and 1  year accessories warranty service ( You need to pay the round-trip freight for the repair ). Warranty coverage begins at the time the consumer purchases the product and is non-transferable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty. 

If the product has any performance or quality problem (non-artificial damage) within 30 days after the product has been delivered. Please contact us immediately and we will send over a new replacement unit or issue a refund at the customer’s preference.

Notice:

Within 180 days, if there are any quality issues with the product, we will provide customers with a free replacement (please contact us at dustsilversale@gmail.com for details). Beyond 180 days and within 2 years, we offer free repairs (shipping for repair is covered by the customer)

Non-quality problems cannot enjoy any service, please refer to the warranty policy for details.

Others

Don’t like the product and want to return it.

According to our warranty policy, if it is not related to product quality problem, and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to request it within 7 days upon product/parcel arrival, and the customer needs to pay the return shipping cost, as we’re not able to request return shipping label from courier partner at the moment, we need your help to check the return cost with the courier or Postal service, and please, you must inform us the tracking number once you shipped out the returned product. Once we received the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost only.

 

Received wrong layout/version

If you find that the product layout or version you have received is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product and the tracking number written/printed on paper. Email this to us at dustsilversale@gmail.com within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you.

 

Order cancellations

If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 7 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
