Will we provide free shipping?

Depending on different countries, we will provide free shipping services to 26 countries for all uncharged/charged products within 1.5KG / 1.6kg, it will directly save the $15 to $25 shipping fee for you.

Which countries will we provide free shipping service?

When will we ship the goods?

For in-stock items: Within 1 to 2 business days.

For customized packaging: Within 2 to 3 business days.

For pre-sale orders: The parcel will be shipped according to the delivery time mentioned in the details for the pre-ordered product, typically within 7-15 days.

After the shipment, we will provide a tracking number. However, the delivery time depends on the local shipping speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control.Delivery may be delayed force majeure events, natural disasters, bad weather, war, and any other events beyond our control - public holidays, customs issues, etc.

How long can I receive the package after the shipment?

Standard Shipping: You can expect to receive the purchased products within 10 to 30 business days.

Expedited Shipping: If you need expedited delivery, you can choose express logistics. Additional expedited fees may apply based on the weight of the purchased products and the destination country. You can expect to receive the purchased products within 5 to 14 business days.

Amazon Warehouse: If the product you purchased is in stock in your country’s Amazon warehouse,you can expect to receive the purchased products within 5 to 14 business days. If you have paid for expedited shipping, you can receive the purchased products within 1 to 3 business days.

Please note that the above shipping times are estimated averages, and the actual shipping time may vary based on the tracking number provided by the logistics provider.

Can you declare the parcel as a gift?

Sorry the courier service does not accept this kind of declarations.

Who pay the VAT or import tax?

Due to the customs policy of different countries, we CANNOT control the taxes. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax for your country. We will try our best to declare a comparatively lower value for the product. If you have further question about the declared value, please feel free to send us an email at, thank you.

Why I need to pay the remote area shipping cost?

Shipping cost does NOT include extra costs defined as remote area shipping fees on DHL’s website. Please check here if your location is considered remote: Remote Area Services>>Remote Area Delivery>>Check for Remote Locations) to check.

Note: only for expedited shipment.

If the following situations result in the undelivered package, the customer shall bear the consequences and costs incurred:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address or phone number provided by the recipient
  • Unable to contact the recipient when the courier attempts to do so
  • Recipient refuses to sign for the package
  • Package is lost or damaged due to the recipient choosing "no signature required" delivery
  • Recipient refuses to pay local taxes/fees
  • Recipient refuses to provide customs clearance documents
  • Package is stolen/lost due to the recipient's negligence and/or inability to be present at the time of delivery

Additional notice about shipping

This is the client’s responsibility to help for a successful order delivery. There are several situations that the parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse:

-We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that your parcel is stuck in the customs due to any custom clearance reasons. If the client does not provide any necessary information that is required by the customs(such as tax payment) in a timely manner. The parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse. If the client wants to re-ship the parcel, you may need to pay an additional fee(according to the bill from our shipping company). If you decided not to get the parcel at your own discretion, you may need to carry the burden for return shipping cost(according to the bill from our shipping company). We will refund retail price(not included extra shipping cost if paid when you placed your order) after the deduction of the return shipping cost.

-We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that either delivery address or phone number is incorrect. However, if the client does not reply to our inquiry promptly, it will lead to the failure of the parcel delivery. The client may need to carry the burden of additional cost for re-delivery.

-After customer received the product, if it is not related to product quality problem and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to cover the return shipping cost. Once we received the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost via Stripe within a week.
